Peak Performance Buoyancy

Most divers are familiar with it...just after descending, the person in front lands in the sand or kicks uncontrolled with their fins near the bottom and for everyone behind, the dive takes place in the fog.

No other topic is discussed as often as the buoyancy control of a good diver. It is the most important diving skill and in practice often separates beginners from experienced divers.

In this course, we work on your buoyancy control skills with targeted exercises. We train controlled descents, hovering over fixed points, various fin stroke techniques, look at your equipment configuration together and optimize your weight distribution for a better water position.
